Rates, SERVICE AREAS, AND APPOINTMENTS

 Passenger Transportation -$50.00 Base (each way up to 10 miles included each way)

 -$2.00 per mile after 10 miles

 -$10.00 per additional passenger Wait time* and surcharge** rates may apply 

 Important:

 We prefer that you book your transportation needs at least 3 days in advance.
If your pickup address is outside of our operational radius, we ask that you request your trip with a 72 hour notice. If your appointment date/time is outside of our regular business days/hours, give us a call to request to speak with us directly about your transporation needs, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from our office locations that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait-time rate of $30.00 per hour/ billed at 30-minute increments applies.

  Our drivers provide courtesy calls prior to arrival and will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.  If the client is over 15 minutes late, we will contact the facility and attempt to reschedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office locations, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $2.00 per mile applies.
